Before setting out on any journey, it’s important to understand the journey’s purpose. Of course, that purpose may evolve or change completely over the course of your travels, but setting forth with clear focus and intention is the surest way to get where you want to go.

  • On your calendar, schedule 10-20 minutes for journaling tomorrow.
  • Set an alarm or reminder on your phone or computer (whichever if most effective for you).
